The 2nd quarter of this year is just about over. Summer's here in AZ, a few weeks away in other locales (we don't wait until the Summer Solstice to call it summer!) As we put the season of graduation ceremonies behind us, it is time to reflect and also to take heed of the lessons learned... even warnings received. In the story of Icarus, the classic myth from ancient Greek mythology, the warning was given not to fly too close to the sun as the wax-winged father & son made their daring escape from the island of Crete. Not heeding his father's advice, Icarus did exactly what his father warned him not to do, flew too close to the sun, and to his peril, the wax wings melted and he fell into the sea...

The 2nd quarter of 2024 is well under way and things are heating up, from the weather forecasts to the sports matchups! Some things that aren't always heating up, and might even be cooling off at this point in the year, are things like momentum. Things like motivation. Things like mindset. So, if I may offer a suggestion... it would be this: Plug in to a "Force" that drives you. For some, it's Source. For others, it's Community - whether that's a sports team or a mastermind or other accountability group. Plug in to recharge, plug in to give back, plug in to realign and get back in sync with your game plan (or to graduate and level up)!
